To ensure the quality of manufacturing container equipments, we firstly applied MIG welding technology to manufacturing stainless steel hygienic pressure containers, which can replace traditional TIG welding process in a certain range. We purchased advanced MIG longitudinal seam and girth seam automatic welding equipment, which mostly improved the stability of product quality, improved the production efficiency, reduced the manufacturing costs and make the container equipment realize efficient, precision welding effects.
Our sound quality assurance system, as well as advanced X-ray inspection equipment, ensure that all the welding seam standards reach nation grade Ⅰ and grade Ⅱ standards, and provide the certification documents of the first and the second-class pressure container design and manufacture of the country.
