Our GD vacuum drum filter can be widely used in separation and recycling of waste kieselgur, activated carbon and other solid-liquids in food, brew, beverage and pharmacy and other industries.
The filter drum is driven by the reducer to a continuous uniform spin in this device, use the vacuum pump to form the pressure difference, through the distributor in the filter drum, to suck and filter the materials which go through the pool, the water in the material is inhaled continuously to the buffer tank, to drain and recycle through the feed pump; and solid materials (such as diatomite) is evenly absorbed on the outer surface of the drum to form filter cake, when the filter cake reaches a certain thickness, the blade in the unloading zone will automatically go into the position of cutting the filter cake, solid material then will be continuously cut to the trough. This continuous operation of suction and filtering makes the emissions of water and waste filter residue to meet the environmental requirement.
